1) We have a few new members.  If it weren’t for the Alzheimers I’d remember their names.

2) The Little Havana Homebrew Showcase was another success.  11 CRABS folks attended and a few placed 13th or better out of 42 entries.

3) We’ve been doing periodic Bikes & Beer events.  Email Joe at jfo363@verizon.net for info.

4) MALT’s Turkey Shoot homebrew competition will be at Peabody Heights on Saturday 11/15.  I am the prize coordinator and I can tell you that there will be a lot of great prizes.  See http://maltclub.org/MALT/Turkey_Shoot.html for rules and registration.

5) The Guild holiday party will be on Saturday 12/6.

• Venue will be Heavy Seas.
• We discussed the possibility of our table theme being Hee Haw.
• We have 10 tickets reserved for our club.  Email Don at dpz1@aol.com if you’re interested.
• The sooner we get our list of attendees to Les, the better choice we get of table location.
• Charities benefited have not been set in stone.  Ideas?  Email Don at dpz1@aol.com

8) This month’s competition was Belgian and French.  There were 4 entries.  The winners were:

• 4th place: John Jester
• 3rd place: Rob Farrell
• 2nd place: Craig Bryant
• 1st place: Joe O’Keefe

9) Next meeting: Wednesday 11/19.  Style will be stouts.

10) December meeting: Wednesday December 17.  No competition.
